Kathy M. Long is the founder and CEO of NixIt AI, an SMS-first support platform that helps neurodivergent people manage daily life by text message and connects them with their family circle and their coach. She started NixIt after three decades of operating experience and a house full of brains that run a different OS, convinced that the help on offer hovered too much and protected too little.
Before NixIt, Kathy spent roughly thirty years in SaaS, running revenue operations and customer success at several companies and creating the Green-to-Growth Framework, a method for turning churn data into growth intelligence. Earlier in her career she supported employers and their attorneys on leave and benefits programs. She was the general manager at Farmshare and founded AdeptExec.
Kathy grew up on the South Side of Chicago and now lives in Broomfield, Colorado, outside Boulder. She holds a master's degree in organizational leadership and a bachelor's degree in communication and public relations, and serves on the advisory board of Women in AI Colorado. She speaks on AI for neurodivergent lives, founding in disability tech, and running a company and a family of six at the same time.
